The property is very well maintained. All the Staff we encountered were very friendly. Our room was very clean and smelled great. The heated pool was great for the kids to help burn off energy. The location was excellent; right off the highway and right in the heart of great restaurants and shopping. Free parking was a plus!

The staff here were fabulous I did not actually say I had to cancel and they canceled my reservation without any penalties and they were very nice about it

the property was exceptional! the staff very professional and extremely friendly. the breakfast was delicious and the staff was great! we will be staying at this location on all our future travel to the Springfield area
